Kanect provides tools for vendors to create and manage storefronts. We do not act as a marketplace or payment processor.

Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are fully responsible for products, pricing, legality, shipping, and customer interactions.

Subscriptions & Payments

Kanect may offer paid subscriptions. Payments are for access to software features only. Subscription fees may change with notice.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Kanect is provided “as is”. We are not liable for vendor business losses, customer disputes, or third-party services.
